Executive Homes
The Executive Neighborhood consists of 125 planned homesites. At the present time, in the Executive Neighborhood a buyer can purchase the lot today and take up to four years before commencing the building process. In addition, the homesite could be resold to another buyer as long as the new buyer is properly noticed of all Little Harbor guidelines. The Executive Neighborhood Guidelines are available upon request. Special attention has been incorporated into these guidelines in order to maintain the high aesthetic quality and character of the Little Harbor community.

Executive Homes
All waterfront homesites have the limited opportunity to build boat slips in the rear of the lot allowing for direct and fast access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Specific boat dock configurations have been designed for each single family homesite based on the lot size and channel width. A homesite purchaser is allowed to construct the boat slip before building the home, and once construction of the boat slip has begun there is a two-month timeframe to complete.

All Executive Neighborhood buyers can work with the homebuilder of their choice or can select one of the Developer’s preferred builders. If the buyer chooses to use a homebuilder that is not a Developer preferred builder, then the builder must be licensed, insured and approved by the Developer.
